Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of jacksonkailath.com (“the site”) and any course, PDF bundle or other digital product you buy through it. The site is operated by Jackson Kailath, Bengaluru, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell
We sell digital products only: online video courses delivered through the site, and downloadable PDF bundles. Nothing physical is shipped. Product descriptions on the site describe what each product contains at the time of purchase.
2. Accounts
You need an account to buy and access products. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account. One account is for one person; sharing login details is a breach of these terms and may result in the account being closed without refund.
3. Payment and pricing
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which appears as the seller on your payment receipt and invoice and collects any applicable taxes. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees for buyers in India and in US Dollars elsewhere, based on your location at the time of viewing. The price charged is the price shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already made.
4. Access and lifetime access
Video courses. After payment you get access to the course through your account for the lifetime of the product. “Lifetime” means for as long as the product is offered on the site. We may retire or substantially update a course; if we retire one you have bought, we will give at least 60 days’ notice by email and make its downloadable materials, if any, available for you to keep.
PDF bundles. After payment the files are available under My Account → Downloads, with unlimited re-downloads while your account exists.
Access is tied to your account and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared.
5. No refunds
All sales are final. Because you receive immediate access to digital content on payment, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a purchase is complete. Please review the product description and any free preview material before buying.
By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation that would otherwise apply to distance purchases.
If a product is unavailable because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time, we will refund that product. That is the only circumstance in which a refund is given.
6. Licence and permitted use
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You may not:
- copy, share, resell, upload, or otherwise distribute any course video, PDF, or other material, in whole or in part;
- record, download or screen-capture course videos;
- remove or obscure any watermark, copyright notice or identifying mark;
- use the materials to build a competing product or service.
All content on the site, including videos, PDFs, text and images, is owned by Jackson Kailath and protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
7. Watermarking
Every PDF you download is stamped with your email address. This identifies the copy as yours. If a copy bearing your email address is found being shared or sold, we may close your account without refund and pursue any remedies available under law.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the site offline for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any loss caused by the site being unavailable.
9. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing us; closing your account ends your access to purchased products and no refund is payable.
10. Limitation of liability
The products are educational material provided as-is. We do not guarantee any particular exam score, job outcome or other result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes do not reduce the access rights of purchases already made.
